Outdoor Lover
In high contrast to his brother, my youngest is a big fan of the outdoors. You can tell from his tanned skin, bleached hair, and the amount of sand you'd find in his digestive tract.
He literally ran across the whole yard screaming with joy!

Rainy wedding
I took pictures for my cousin's wedding earlier this summer. They had an outdoor wedding, and of course, it rained. I know some people can have outdoor weddings with sunshine, but because I was involved, it rained.
So we just took pictures in my Aunty's bedroom. (it was the wedding location, and she had a big patio door and a large room. We also thought the rain would let up and we could go outside eventually)
Is candy the new trend in wedding favors? I've seen it at a couple weddings, I'm a fan.
It rained on my wedding too, and they say it's good luck. However, as the bride and I discussed, that's probably what they tell us when it rains on our wedding day to make us not feel bad.

Zoo Walk
A bunch of friends organized a babywearing (or stroller pushing, or hand holding, or wagon pulling or frenzied chasing) walk at the zoo today. It was one of those days where you can't decide if it's hot or cold, if you want long sleeves or tank tops - which is actually my favorite weather. I don't like it too hot. And despite being up at 5:30 (!!!!) Jack was up for it! (Tom had a nap on my back).

Hopefully I can still make it to things like these after I go back to work in less than a month. (Fridays work for me ladies!!)

Badminton Nationals - Photobooth!!
I had another REAL job on the weekend, referred by a friend of a cousin of my husband sort of thing (thanks Michelle!). Doing a photobooth for the Canadian National Badminton Championships Banquet.
It was pretty awesome. But I was way nervous beforehand. First time for sooo many things - a "real" client, using studio lights and backdrop, printing on site. And it did NOT go perfect, I learned a TON! (for example, do NOT print a copy of each picture for each person in it when it takes 1 minute for each print. We were closed up photos and still were printing for 40 minutes!! Oops.) But overall, it was still super awesome.
Definitely couldn't have done it without my assistant, my brother Pat, manning the printer. Thanks dude!
